Type D RTJ insulating gasket Kit is designed for RTJ flanges, they can be made of material phenolic and GRE G10.

Phenolic and GRE G10 RTJ insulating gaskets also can be used for API flanges.

But for better sealing and isolating effect, RTJ insulating gaskets are usually replaced by MCG insulating gaskets, especially when used for high pressure flanges.
